All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Queensland, Australia. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Booking and Cancellations Section
1. Appointment Bookings and Payment All consultations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Your appointment is not considered confirmed, and your time slot will not be secured, until full payment has been successfully processed.
2. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy We understand that life can be unpredictable; however, to maintain a fair schedule for all clients, the following rules apply:
48-Hour Notice: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty if you provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled consultation time.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations, reschedules, or "no-shows" made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be liable for 100% of the consultation fee.
Refund Policy: Consultation fees for late cancellations are non-refundable and cannot be applied as credit toward future sessions.
3. Outstanding Balances and Late Fees In the event that any additional fees are incurred (including but not limited to late cancellation fees or extended consultation charges):
Payment Terms: All outstanding balances must be settled within three (3) business days of the invoice date.
Administrative Late Fees: We reserve the right to apply a $100.00 AUD administrative fee to any balance outstanding beyond seven (7) days. This fee will be reapplied weekly until the balance, including all accrued late fees, is paid in full.
Service Suspension: No further consultations will be conducted, and no nutritional protocols, test results, or referral letters will be released, while an outstanding balance remains on your account.
User-Generated Content and Comments
This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
Certain parts of this website may, now or in the future, offer the opportunity for users to post, upload, or exchange opinions, information, material, and data (“User Content” or “Comments”).
Lunar Nutrition does not screen, edit, publish, or review Comments prior to their appearance on the website, and Comments do not reflect the views or opinions of Lunar Nutrition, its agents, or affiliates. Comments reflect the view and opinion of the person who posts them. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Lunar Nutrition shall not be responsible or liable for the Comments or for any loss, cost, liability, damages, or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.
Lunar Nutrition reserves the right to monitor all User Content and to remove any Comments or content which it considers, in its absolute discretion, to be inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or otherwise in breach of these Terms of Service.
